Men idag, idag st\u00e4llde jag mig p\u00e5 v\u00e5gen och gissa vad den visade! 70,5kg! Jag har g\u00e5tt ner mera! \u00c4r nu bara 2,5kg ifr\u00e5n min m\u00e5lvikt p\u00e5 68kg. Detta trots att jag faktiskt har \u00e4tit och fuskat eftersom jag numer k\u00e4nner mig otroligt hungrig hela tiden. F\u00f6rut n\u00e4r jag \u00e5t endast tre soppor per dag hamnade kroppen i ett ketosl\u00e4ge som ser till att man slutar k\u00e4nna samma hunger. Det \u00e4r som ett akutl\u00e4ge typ. S\u00e5 fort man bryter ketosen, vilket man g\u00f6r n\u00e4r man b\u00f6rjar \u00e4ta igen, s\u00e5 kommer hungerk\u00e4nslorna. Idag \u00e4ter jag tre soppor om dagen, vilket g\u00f6r att jag har s\u00e4kerst\u00e4llt mitt n\u00e4ringsbehov f\u00f6r dagen. Men f\u00f6rutom detta \u00e4ter jag \u00e4ven ett m\u00e5l mat enligt tallriksmodellen 1\/4 k\u00f6tt\/fisk\/f\u00e5gel, 1\/4 pasta\/ris\/potatis\/likn och 2\/4 gr\u00f6nsaker\/rotfrukter.
